About these terms
These terms of use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of daal.africa (the "site"), operated by Digital Assets Africa Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya under Company No. PVT-RXU77ZV (collectively "DAAL", "we", "us").
By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
daal.africa is a corporate information website. It exists to describe DAAL, its portfolio of technology products, and its corporate record. The site is not a product, not a marketplace, and not a trading venue.
Information on the site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, investment, or travel advice. You should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Product terms are separate
Each product in our portfolio — VisaNationals, OurRoots, Endesha, Hyloti, The Midnight Alchemist, and Amen Travel — operates under its own set of terms, privacy policy, and user agreements. Nothing on daal.africa modifies or replaces those terms. If you are a user or customer of one of those products, your relationship with that product is governed by that product's own documents.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, you agree that you will not:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected systems
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the site or its infrastructure
- Scrape, harvest, or extract content from the site using automated means without our written permission
- Impersonate DAAL or misrepresent your affiliation with us
- Use the site to transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on daal.africa — including text, logos, graphics, layout, and code — is owned by Digital Assets Africa Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may view the site and share links to it. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.
VisaNationals, OurRoots, Endesha, Hyloti, The Midnight Alchemist, and Amen Travel are trading names and brands of our ventures — the property of Digital Assets Africa Ltd or the relevant product entity — and may not be used without permission. The DAAL name and logotype are likewise protected.
AFROFEAST® is a registered trade mark of Dennis Obel, registered in the Republic of South Africa under the Trade Marks Act, 1993 by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), Registrar of Trade Marks, with effect from 12 April 2023 — Reg. No. 2023/09633 (Class 41, entertainment and cultural services), Reg. No. 2023/09634 (Class 39, travel services), and Reg. No. 2023/09635 (Class 43, hospitality services). Registration of the mark gives no right to the exclusive use of the words "AFRO" or "FEAST" separately, apart from the mark.

daal.africa links to third-party websites, including the websites of our portfolio companies and external sources cited in our content. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following a third-party link means you leave daal.africa and become subject to that site's own terms.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty — express or implied — that the content is complete, current, or error-free. Changes to the site & to these terms
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. We may also amend these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Terms or the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
